Based on the preparedness and brains shown to date; His lawyers are going to pick her apart. For her sake, she’d better hope her lawyers do better painting her as right than they did painting him as wrong.

I took a quick google. I found a bunch for botched circumcisions. So malpractice. None for just being circumcised because I was an infant and couldn’t give my blessing.

Let’s take a look here. Adults able to give or withhold consent. Adult able to give or withhold consent. Adult holding Infant Infant requiring an adult to make choices and give consent for a medical procedure. This is the dumbest argument I’ve ever heard. For anything. Agree or disagree with circumcision but shocker boys and girls, parents are expected to make choices for their kids. Or are you arguing we should also wait until our kids are old enough to tell us they want to be vaccinated, what …

Agreed. Volkswagen or “The People’s Car” was Hitler’s. Nobody thinks the current board wants to gas Jews. Well. Not just Jews. They want to gas us all with Diesel but that’s besides the point. I don’t think the board at P&G believe in eugenics or that “Negros” are feeble minded.

No decision has been made about the appeal. The initial claim was denied. Makes great sense to this point. You're angry it's even being heard, I understand that, it's silly, but let's keep the general sweeping statements to a minimum. Unless she can prove that he owes her for raising one or both of the kids he "treated as his own" or that they aren't actually divorced (no paperwork etc...) I don't see how she gets anything.

Director doesn't mean what you think it means. A corporate board member absolutely is an employee. They get a salary and bonuses. The companies shareholders vote for CEO and all board positions. Board members don't have to be shareholders but obviously I'd want someone running a company I own stock in to also have stock. And don't minimize the importance of a board of directors. They set vision, tone, budgets, direction. Very key things.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
