6	Mandatory DNA testing at birth I'm not going to walk around with "trust issues". Your perspective of life is equally as fucked as the feminist perspective. I do not need a DNA test. 9	Mandatory DNA testing at birth My son was born a few weeks ago. At birth I signed a form claiming I was my son's dad. I found it odd that the form stated I was not allowed to get a paternity DNA in the future should I suspect something. I trust my partner- we're not married, but it felt like my rights were taken away as soon as I signed. I have no suspicions, plus the kid looks like me.
