2	Full Bladders Can Cause Erections Sometimes I’m shocked by the lack of sex education. Erections have nothing to do with full bladders. And vice versa. You get to keep your sperm trapped nicely in the condom. (Just be sure to dispose of properly.) it also protects you from catching an STD.
