High protein diet seems to work for me; failing that (or if your blood protein levels are already high, as they are in my case)... veggies and nuts and a lot of willpower. I agree statins are junk moreover they wreck your Q10 levels (amongst other things), say goodbye to your collagen and elastine. You forgot to mention posture. Good thing I regularly get REAL massages (not some beauty salon bullshit), it did wonders for my posture.

This is very important and should always be included with any red pill advice. EVERY advice you read on TRP works much better if you are relaxed/you don't give a fuck (outcome independance) My best and most surprising interactions with women (and people in general) occured when I was in a IDGAF state of mind. Again, some people may not be aware of their enlarged aorta until it is too late; contrary to popular belief most people don't have echos or MRI or CTs of their heart every year... There is a reason why cardiologists worldwide do not recommend straining and heavy weights if you have an enlarged aorta. Muscles contract, peripheral blood pressure increases, aorta dilates. Well as far as benzos go I am still stuck in the same place. I think though my sleep has improved with a mixture of agomelatine (a melatonin-analog sold as an antidepressant in my country) and some light exposure therapy. However, the social awkwardness and background depression is still there. Working on it on my own because therapy costs too much here. I am slowly making progress though.
