So this also kinda nullifies your initial OP a bit. You said no girl excites you, but clearly these 3 did. You weren't in the headspace to date, so it never went anywhere, and it is what it is. But the point is you gotta go through a lot of girls to finds the ones you really like. Thats just dating brotha.

I've been there. Still kinda am. I think its a sign your standards have drastically increased. So the kinda mid girls that used to excite you just dont do it for you anymore For me, the girls that throw me out of this 'rut' tend to be super hot/affluential, girls that for reason I decide to invest a lot in (because we just click for whatever reason, or I just genuinely think highly of her), and/or tend to be more girls I meet moreso in person than vs online. For some reason, I tend to more highl…

"Or at least, I know that it turns me on when a girl refers to me by name. Makes me want to fuck them right there lol. " Thats a bit much. Calling someone by their name is a subtle (almost invisible) escalation. Makes it a bit more personal. Thats it.

Shit tests kinda exist kinda dont. They're basically just an attempt to have a stronger frame in an interaction, but I never look at it as if the woman is "testing" me. Usually I just look at it like they're fucking around or teasing. And like someone else pointed out, this isn't limited to man to woman interractions. Guys shit test each other all the time ("hey bro, what are you doing at the gym on a Friday night, you dont have any bitches?"). But I think the "female" shit tests get labeled as …

What was your response OP? Lotta people ITT calling it a shit test. Maybe yes, maybe no. At the very least its a tease and not meant to be taken seriously. Personally when I get shit tested, my default is to just not give a fuck and move on. Literally barely acknowledge it even exists. "Lol cute. anyway..." Being completely non reactive. Some others have suggested agree and exaggerate and thats also good (maybe even better), but at your core and at the minimum you just want to demonstrate th…

I think you mean agree and exaggerate. Escalating on a shit test is a no go. Pass the shit test, have some banter, then escalate.

Mid 30s. Recently dated a 21 year old from my gym. 24/25-26 seems be the range I most end up with. Don’t really date older than 28 (one 32 year old in the past 4 years IIRC)

I dont think thats what he was tryna say. Eg I dont think he was trying to say that every non-response is a reason for you to ditch the interaction. By incongruence, I think he just meant that 'just because a girl seemed super into you at the start, doesn't mean she'll always be super into you. Recognize when the dynamic has changed for whatever reason, and be willing to give her space if thats what the situation calls for". Eg maybe an ex is back in the picture, maybe youre being too pushy/need…

Idk what the fuck is with the weird comments ITT. OP makes a simple point, if a woman is not reciprocating then withdraw your interest. If you continue to badger her, its fucken weird, clingy, stalkerish, and lowers whatever remaining attraction a girl might have for you in the first place. Now, there is nuance to the topic, sure. There's a difference btwn being persistent when a girl is on the fence about meeting (cold feet, doesn't know you that well, stranger danger, etc), vs chasing her ass …

Seeding the pull (and pulling itself) are my biggest sticking points right now. Live in suburbia about 15/20mins from nearest date locations, and while I’m completely comfortable escalating on a date, pulling back home is where I freeze up. Doesn’t help that I’m living w my folks. Can pull to the back of my car easily, but it’s so far from ideal Long term solution obv is move out. In the short term, OP, what are your favorite “seed the pull” ideas?

Fair enough, but in your situation they never broke up. If they were to have broken up, do you think something would've happened btwn you two? (you mentioned that you guys hung out even when she was engaged, she coulda just been the militantly non-cheating type who may not be disagreeable to hooking up if she were single)

Hey smorrow, what's your approach to addressing the age gap?
/r/seduction27/07/19 01:44 AM

Fair enough. Just because she's younger doesn't mean you have to "dumb" down your game - it's just a different energy. A little more high energy / asshole energy I'd say, but if you're not naturally like that I suppose it can be difficult to relate. Anyway, not trying to postulate. Personally I feel less comfortable with older women (mid 20s) as I'm not generally a very "open" person and I feel that older women are moreso into connection than the whole energy thing. I prefer the energy tbh.
/r/seduction27/07/19 01:43 AM

It's more emotional than logical I find, and also less "connection" based than older women. Eg more teasing, less serious topics, etc. EDIT: I edited the OP since I forget to mention that my inquiry was about how to address the age gap. Not necessarily "how to connect with them"

She did break up with him. I do overhear that she still tries to contact him (to be friends), but he's no contact on her and doesn't wanna talk to her. Bit angry, but he does to be moving on. One of his other friends f*cked an old ex of his and they're still cool lol. He's quick to burn bridges with his exes
/r/seduction26/07/19 04:32 PM

All that aside, my question is about the optimal "grieving time" or whatever to allow. Any feedback on that?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
