5	March 31 - Weekly Improvement & Progress Thread I've been lurking here for a while so I'd thought now would be a good time for a first progress. I've actually not had a hard time "swallowing the pill". For me it was like using a hammer my whole life but not knowing what it was called. The repository here has helped me organize my views in a very helpful way.
