Quitting caffeine was one of the best decisions I ever made more than a decade ago. Logical thought is greatly impeded by that drug, and it's one of the biggest problems we face as a society. People would make fewer stupid decisions if they weren't constantly jacked up on drugs like coffee.

Mostly true. Women are much more suggestible than men. That is why they are the primary target of the mind control effort. 9 to 1 seems optimistic. My main disagreement is the red pill teaches this is some inborn genetic defect in women, and that's simply not true. This behavior is being inflicted, it is not inborn. Few women are smart enough to see through it. With the coronavirus nonsense bringing the obviousness of mind control front and center, it is now undeniable. Maybe this sub will final…

What alternative am I suggesting to developing psychopathy and narcissism? Anything. These traits aren't going to help you be a better person in the long run. The short term pleasure it may afford is meaningless. If the dating market you are in necessitates development of psychopathy & narcissism (i.e. college towns and coastal metro cities), travel until you find something better. The girl that you snag with these techniques is the girl you could never trust. Why would you want to spend time wi…

Even high grade gold mines only contain 10 grams of gold per ton of ore. Generally, these women aren't using tinder or other dating apps for any serious length of time. And often they are already committed to long-term relationships. Hard to find. Like gold in a gold mine

I have known women like this too. After immigrating, watching too much daytime television and Oprah takes its toll on them. A truly smart woman will know better. Smart people in general are rare. Very rare. But they do exist. It's not some darwinian defect in the female that affects all of them, as this sub tries to make it seem. A truly smart woman can figure out that her ability to secure a high caliber man diminishes after having kids. That it is truly worth it to make things work with the fa…

There are no unicorns. Everyone has their own problems. But good women do exist (not so much in metro areas). The reason you never met one is they aren't interested in you. The psychopathic tendencies encouraged here are mainly attractive to mentally damaged urban women.

What many don't understand is it's primarly a mating strategy for metropolitan areas. Rural women are often much less mentally ill, but most of you haven't travelled enough to know that. This is dumb. Not everyone can eat an oxalate-heavy diet and thrive. I never could. Diet is #1 #1 #1 I am stronger now without lifting weights, doing my daily work, but eating a carnivore styled diet I was lifting heavy but eating oxalate-ridden biounavailable gut-destroying protein shakes and had less results than doing physical for-pay work

Working a 9 to 5 is a waste of male time as well. Most simply haven't figured it out yet. We also are exposed to transporter disrupting toxins that our ancestors never experienced. Riboflavin is a component of the iodine protocol, it's easier to control dosage in a separate pill. I'd never buy riboflavin integrated into Boron Some people take 30+mg Boron per day, some much more. It excretes easily

It was males that allowed women to get where they are today. This was done to forge civilization. Males make better slaves when they have sex, even sporadically. Without this 1 male to 1 woman allocation modern slavery wouldn't be as productive. At the same time is an inconsistency with this idea. Children do not fare well without father figures. It really depends on the girl. I cried over not getting a job once with a turboslut girlfriend, she lost all respect for me after that moment. I learned that intense exercise makes it take longer to heal This is only true in the case that the body is taking in toxins regularly (i.e. the paleo diet), or has uncleared toxins still present. I believe you're correct in the alternate case. Intense lifts help push nutrients into our tissues, in my opinion. A nice green smoothie followed by a session of lifting failures makes me feel great personally. This was not the case before performing over a dozen fasts, however. Lifting will result in …

If I eat paleo my symptoms go away In my opinion, an unprocessed, starch-based, McDougall-style diet may lend even greater results. Paleo can result in a disfigured microbiome, while starch repairs it -- the microbiome being a key component of CFS in the eyes of many theorists, myself included. From what I've read anything longer than 4 days will give diminished results. The peak days of restoration occur between 10 and 14 days. 4 days is barely long enough to enter ketosis for a male. I believe poop transplants are for people who don't have the self determination to carry out water fasts, which is 99.9% of people. Without the immune system reset inherent in water fasting the patient won't receive as much benefit from a poop transplant because they body will kill off a large number of the new bacteria being transplanted. Part of what makes us sick with a faulty immune system is the body kills some good bacteria and lets bad ones fester.

edit: the iodine protocol I'm not at 100% yet, but am making progress with water-fasting and whole-foods plant-based diets. Experimenting a lot with resistant starch (beans/peas/lentils) lately with good results. Had DNA testing (Genova 2200) done on intestinal flora a year ago, some pathogenic species were overgrown an order of magnitude outside of normal range. Water fasting resets the immune system and lets flora die off so that new colonies may be started -- I've done over a dozen of them no…

My personal opinion is it is a side effect of severe intestinal dysbiosis which is mediated by a faulty immune system, a possible "last domino" trigger in the development of this fault being common viruses/bacteria. I had it, or something like it, so severely that I could not walk at one point. 2 years later I'm able to walk 5+ miles now, getting better daily, pill free.

Autoimmune disease is generally related to messed up gut flora. Animal protein intake causes an alteration of gut flora, it's a survival mechanism. The bacteria that digest animal protein better grow more, but they are not healthy bacteria over the long term for our bodies. A Man’s Man does not make lists. He knows what he likes, what he needs, and what he wants. If he has to write it down, he understands it was not worth having in the first place. Opinions on this? I make lists all the time. Am I doing it wrong? Should I keep it in my head?

Enhanced care for children in harsh environments. West Africans typically don't exhibit these feelings as much, and they tend to follow [r-selection] breeding patterns, whereas Northern Europeans tend to more closely follow [K-selection] breeding. In West Africa the poke-n-run routine is the norm, with children being raised by large groups of friends. Survival rate is much lower, as is excellence in life, but there are so many children being created that the population continues to grow, albeit …

I lived through this exact situation. Saw pictures of ex-GF's BF. Dude was a rockin' Chad, beefed up, great looking. Apparently he was a major butthead (*according to her) because he cheated on her. I checked her phone one day, and there he was in her browser. She was stalking him over a year later. I confronted her about it, she said her phone glitched. I became more and more redpilled as our relationship went on, but I couldn't touch old Chad she was with, props to him. After we broke up, she …

water fasting before chemo will help mitigate immune system damage I maintained my looks through being active in the gym it's possible your diet contributed to the cancer (same happened to Furious Pete on YouTube). The weightlifting threads on this forum are nice, but the diet recommendations (the latest was keto) are cancer causing. The longest living cultures in the world eat plant-based diets. Not allowing myself to wither away through the surgery recovery stage this is your life you're talki…

I don't regard these guys you mention as propagandists Sounds like personal bias. Campbell tortures the data to comply with his personal bias and sells it as fact. It's quite easy for someone to give a one liner as to why the largest study conducted in known human history reflects "tortured data." It's also quite easy to post links to no-name bloggers who refute his book, bloggers who present a misguided, and subsequently refuted argument, at best. What's hard is presenting an argument for what …

Why not prostitutes? Disease. There are many, many more viruses out there than we even have cataloged, many of which trigger diseases like autoimmunity and cancer in genetically susceptible individuals who otherwise would not have gotten sick.

I encourage looking into the plantbaseddiet subreddit. I know what you're thinking, but I encourage you to read further. It's great for bodybuilding and fights diseases like cancer at the same time. I do not completely agree with the term "Vegan", however there is a YouTube channel called VeganGains. The earlier videos Richard released are full of medical facts such as why building muscle on plants is more efficient, and why some of the strongest people in the world continued to gain on a plant-…

Adopt a Ketogenic Diet (KD) None of the longest living cultures of the world eat ketogenic diets. In fact, cultures who do eat ketogenic diets (Inuit and Masai) suffer severe atherosclerosis during their lifetimes. There are healthy ways to gain muscle. In my opinion, OP's post is not one of them. Be careful to take care of your body, it's the only one you'll ever have.
