2	Lol Well, depends. Displacement dictates max RPM. You can get a Ferrari engine from the 70's, get 2.0L of displacement on a V12 engine, and get almost 600 hp at almost 10k redline. You can also slap a turbocharger on a K20 engine, and you just got 470 hp to the wheel at 9k. Also, most LMP1 engines are low displacement, high RPM engines for their fuel economy.
