He got charged with statutory rape because she was 16. The bar did not have any repercussions despite letting a minor into a bar. Idk about you but I have never asked for a girls ID while flirting. I incorrectly assumed the primary aggressor was the person that started the fight. The primary aggressor is the person that is most likely to win the fight.
