Most of my “friends” are blue pill bundles of stix. I’m making new friends at my MMA gym. Be the cool guy women want and other men want to hang out with, abundance. I don’t have a “best” friend.

10/20/20 OYS # 9 39 5’7” 169lbs, wife 43, married 11 years, together about 17. Kids 11,7 It has almost been one year to the day of my last OYS post. Reading through HOAs one year results post really hit hard and I have decided to commit to posting every week for the next 52 weeks. Lifts: Don’t have my log with me at work but let’s just say it doesn’t reflect a man who has been putting in the work for a year. I’ll post them tonight. Edit: BP-130x10 OHP-75x10 BORow-100x10 Reading Have read the sid…

You don’t want a PCP managing your hormones that’s where you get fucked up protocols like one injection every two weeks (I’ve even seen 1xmonth) fuck your insurance and go pay cash with a clinic that knows what they’re doing.

All the other advice, if you can afford it HGH or injectable peptides (ipamorelin, cjc etc.)

I’m suggesting because I was having anger outbursts myself and my testosterone/estrogen ratio was way off. Dr John gray explains the hormone relationship in one of his books but lower test to estrogen causes mood swings and anger in men. You could get your total T, free T and estradiol tested to at least rule out hormonal issues. Total T below 500 puts you at risk for many health issues, but free T is what you want to look at being between 20-30 optimally. Most doctors will use a lower reference…

Thanks. That should read “she” initiated. I wasn’t trying to game her, that was just a bonus. It was my ah-ha moment, being OI and creating that “space”. Once I experienced that shift in her so quickly without me trying to “do” something was the day I dropped my fear of her emotionally and realized there is no spoon. Btw, your depression series should be sidebar material, I thought my wife was broken beyond repair but I’m just now realizing what she really needs.

That’s a good starting point. I’ve moved to 5 days a week, much more consistent levels.

TWOTSM explains some RP dynamics that really “clicked” with me and has been one of my favorites so far. ——-Health Started TRT and thyroid on 8/6/19. My wife has battled with depression and anxiety almost her whole life. I really have been getting a lot of value from this series and have them bookmarked, so my hats off to HOA. Very timely for me personally too as I had a recent experience with the J-Cock as you put it, great explanation.

Levels below the 500-600 range put men at risk for many diseases, cardiovascular, Alzheimer’s etc. so if you’re having symptoms and your primary doctor isn’t willing to treat you I would find another doctor. You could also go the telemedicine route and pay out of pocket, about $150/month, look into Defy medical, Viking Alternative Medicine and other clinics, they can mail your prescriptions to you every couple months. There’s several TRT Facebook groups you can get more information and men’s exp…

I’m starting TRT this week as well as thyroid medication. Might be worth checking your thyroid but need a complete panel with total T4, T3 and Reverse T3. My thyroid is also sub optimal and tired all the time even with good diet and exercise. Whatever you do don’t let a doctor tell you you’re fine by the numbers if you feel like shit. If you can’t find a good Dr or clinic you can go the telemedicine route, Defy Medical or Viking alternative medicine can take your lab work and treat your symptoms…

Don’t get the propaganda reference? I’m lifting 3 days a week, Krav Maga twice a week and have a physical job. I’m limited to planet fitness hence getting my own weights for power lifting.

OYS#6 7/23/19 37, 5’7” 170lbs It’s been just over a month since my last OYS and about 7 months into my MAP Health Went through a bad spell of lost libido that lasted almost 2.5 weeks, so I went through my blood labs and decided that 2 years of trying to solve my issues with diet and exercise with little/SLOW results was enough. I met with another doctor last week at a private wellness clinic who agreed my testosterone and thyroid levels were unhealthy. I completed a few more in depth labs last F…

What’s your total T now? I’m feeling pretty shitty at 430, but I think I fluctuate a lot based by my body responses

The scale is based off of averages and the average male has lost a lot of hormones over the last 50 years. Ironically women have no problem with doctors when it comes to THEIR hormone treatment.

Thanks, I agree on waiting too, preferably another 10 years or so. My ED is sporadic right now. Maybe your right and fixing my thyroid issues will allow the rest of the fat loss and T will go back up. The BF% was based off InBody scan at dr office but those are not as accurate as Dexa scans.

Normal for a man in his 70s, maybe. Low T puts you at risk for a host of problems including cardiovascular disease.

I’m not on any meds 38, 5’7” , 169lbs down from my heaviest at 190lbs. I’ve dropped bf from about 28% to about 19% but this is where I always plateau at. I’m converting too much estrogen and my dr wants me to lose more weight but it’s a negative feed back loop when your body is estrogen dominate and doesn’t want to drop the fat. My thyroid is a little fucked too which could be causing the testosterone issue or vise versa. My lifts suck even though I’m on a progressive strength training program b…

OYS# 5 6/18/19 M37 5’7 165lbs W40 2 kids 6,10 Together 15 married 10 TLDR: need to ditch the dumbbells and either buy a power rack or find a new gym. Stop being a faggot, STFU and keep to the MAP Health/ Physical Been making slow but consistent gains in the gym, I’m now lifting heavier than since my shoulder injury but I’m right at the edge. OYS # 4 37, 5’7” 170lbs —Health/Physical Since my last post I completed a month of physical therapy for my shoulders which has allowed me to get back to lifting consistently 3x week for the last 3 weeks, since planet fitness is the only viable option right now I’m restricted to dumbbells or machines. I’ve priced out a power rack to install in my garage so at least I can go heavy on leg day, plan on installing that this summer. Completed 28 day challenge at my Krav Maga gym, didn’t lose as much w…

OYS # 3 ——Health——- Diet back on track from last post. Lost an additional 2lbs but would have been more if I hadn’t slipped, need to exercise more self control in this dept. Last Friday had 2nd session with physical therapist which went really well and already feeling some improvement. “The extent to which that is true usually has more to do with wanting the pre-kids wife personality and attitude back, not necessarily the body.” This. Once you have kids they invariably become the main focus.

“Overtly taking your attention away as punishment for feeling butt hurt is not the same as STFU either. It's called stonewalling and will lead to a divorce if you keep it up.” Thanks, that’s the change in perspective I needed

I have a degree and one cert but not required to be licensed. Getting more certs will improve my knowledge base and value to my company but will not necessarily improve my income. I already am on a yearly wage increase based on performance and making six figures. More training would be for self improvement and hire ability outside my company.

Through RP I’m realizing and working through my validation seeking but at no time during our relationship did I ever feel insecure or jealous until after reading her journals about EX. She had even commented on my lack of jealousy. I thought I was the shit, now I’m wondering if I’m “getting her best”. I don’t see her as an enemy but I also don’t want to spend the next half of my life in a mediocre relationship, that is why I am committed to working on myself and see where it goes

Thanks, That makes sense. I’ve been trying to internalize the lessons here for myself but it’s like one big fucking onion and as soon as I think I’ve had a realization, another layer peels back. As a newb there’s a lot of subtlety and we want the cheat codes or for someone else to figure out shit out for us. Time to get to work

Lurker here, but this post really hit home for me. Bubbly fun personality but then the depression, anxiety and medication. One of my issues was going too Rambo and pulling away emotionally and just butt hurt faggotry which had the opposite effect. How do you reconcile giving her support and abundance while killing the beta mentality and cultivating ones own mental point of origin? If I’m constantly giving all my financial/emotional support doesn’t it just become about her?
/r/MarriedRedPill20/02/19 06:45 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
