Interesting, as one of these rags just released an article about how altruism is the quality women find most attractive in men. I guess we can reject that one as a load of shit as well.

No, you're just underestimating the role of hormones (e.g. insulin) in fat storage. Sugary substances are stored to fat much more quickly than others. They also create visceral fat, the more insidious of the two. Yes, calorie deficits are key, but the type of food you eat is important as well. As for aspertame, look at the new research. As indicated above, it can spike insulin over time. Nasty stuff.

Remember, this isn't a plate. IF you decide to get into a relationship, you need to be straight up about big things like this. I wouldn't tell a plate this information at all, nor would I date a single mom. But it's his choice bro. Imagine if you wanted kids, and entered a committed relationship with a woman who was barren but never told you. If you choose the relationship route, you need to be honest about certain things. This isn't a license to tell her everything you think and feel, however.

Look, I'm a 40 something, so I understand the sentiment. We were raised to believe that as good relationship is predicated upon open, honest communication. And there is a lot of truth to that. What they didn't tell us is that this kind of communication has consequences.

Well said. I cringe when my fellow professors use this term. It is sexist, childish, and destroys the credibility of anyone that uses it.

All that coke leads to bad decisions. It's everywhere in that world. Even assuming this chick is on the level and only in it for the money, it's just a matter of time. The fact that she's willing to blur the lines between personal and professional says she's only a few lines away from several "friends" running a train on her. Dude needs to walk away.

Bullshit. People in the UK blindly follow rules all day long. They may bitch and moan on social media, but they fall in line quite quickly. Cynical or not, they bend over for authority without a thought.

I worked at a place like that. Overtly misandrist environment. I left. Didn't even wait for a placement job, just left. I told the manager why, and he understood. No point in taking chances on that kind of environment.

Besides the obvious fact that this is fictional violence by make believe characters, what I find ironic is that anyone who knows xmen, knows that Mystique is a shapeshifter and can take male or female forms, and isn't strictly female

Understood, but be very careful when selecting one. 1) no one will ever care about your property as much as you will 2) realtors as property managers often make things difficult because they either DGAF (the real money for them is when you get fed up and sell), or they are just dumb as fuck.

Agreed. All my money in sales was made because I listened, and was able to adapt after asking the right questions. As a salesperson, until you've truly earned a prospect's trust, nothing you say means dick. Do not tell someone your product is quality, get the customer to say it, Then it is gospel.

Badly. Let's just say that her friends were a bad influence and encouraged her to act very poorly during the marriage.

Birds of a feather. I made the mistake of marrying a woman whose best friend was a nasty basic bitch chock full of bad advice. Anyone want to venture a guess how that turned out?

Hey, remember you're fighting years of poor advice from friends, family, and popular media that you need a girlfriend to be happy. The fact that we can unplug indicates we were once plugged in, from birth. Don't be hard on yourself, deprogramming takes time.

Yep. And his best move was to deny her this nonsense. The easier it is for you to say 'next' the better your interactions are with women.

In this case, it makes perfect sense for your mom to keep a name that reflects true accomplishment. Let's be honest though, in so many cases I've seen, behind the hyphenated name there is an insufferable count and a weak willed man. Again, not in every case, but in so many that I have seen this is true.

I disagree. Family should be united under the same last name. I want my sons to carry on my legacy. That includes my last name. Old fashioned or not, it matters to me.

One of my favorite drinking games with my friends was fuck marry or kill- OKcupid edition. Simple rules, pick the 3 most vile profiles you can find. Trust me, there are tons of slobs to choose from. Good times.

Gentlemen, this is why the vetting process is so important if you have a high profile position like college professor. Firstly, ensure she is no way affiliated with your institution BEFORE the date. If she is, date is off. Secondly, If she is in anyway involved in, or graduated from a psychology degree program, she is fucked in the head. I'll put money on it. Date is off. All it takes is one vindictive cunt to ruin your career. Trust me, they will try if you you hurt their feelz.
/r/TheRedPill23/05/16 03:03 PM

They did not occur simultaneously for me, per se, but the process was exactly the same. The more I learned about science and human history, the more I realised religion was nonsense. Likewise, the more I learned about female nature, the more I realised that the traditional approach to dating simply doesn't work.

It's more liberating than the nonsense spewed by religion in an effort to control the masses. But honestly, for me there's more value in truth and knowledge than comforting fiction.

People can be very slow learners. To be honest, it took me awhile even after my bad marriage to swallow the pill. People see what they want to see.

The bible is retarded. It fails logically, scientifically, and historically.

It's pretty well established that it is both nature and nurture. Some people are more genetically predispositioned towards being an extrovert, possessing charismatic tendencies, etc. But there is no question that you can learn charisma. Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People is the OG source on this.

I wonder what the alumni and boosters think about that class. Get some information out anonymously. That shit does not belong in a senior year Sports Management course.
/r/TheRedPill23/02/16 08:00 PM

I'm sorry, but the program must be shit if that course is in it. Even a men's history of sport makes no sense. You should be taking sports marketing finance, management, psychology of sport, etc.

At the higher levels, it can be. I didn't get involved in anything beyond the meditation part. I know it works! The others could as well, I never tried them

There's quite a bit of peer reviewed research on the positive effects of meditation on the human brain. Most of it is for Transcendental Meditation. It's expensive as hell to learn, but there's enough info on the interwebs if you're good at google. Research (confirmed by personal experience) indicates the following benefits especially relevant to the Red Pillers: -Much better resistance to the impact stress has on the body -Much greater ability to maintain frame -Greatly improved interactions wi…

The best part of this? The author is actually enhancing his reputation by writing this piece. This "feminist" doesn't even understands how her own gender works! Great post, absolutely dreadful article. Go home and feed your 20 cats you hack.

Guys run when you see this shit. A woman with this little regard for her own life and well being will have even less for yours. Depart the sinking ship and go home to rub one out. You're much better off.

His name really is Bill, I didn't intend to parallel that meme to be honest.

Thank you, and fair points. To be honest, the only indication I have is that she reverted to her true crazy nature. It's Bill's word against Suzie's, but as you can imagine, Bill has more credibility in my eyes. His word is that she simply changed after the engagement. I would argue that she reverted back to her true self after duping beta bux as long as possible. I agree returning home isn't in of itself a bad thing. In his case, he was MUCH happier in this location, and sees the return home as…

Obviously written by a one of those women who go to the gym looking for attention. When I'm at the gym, the ONLY thing on my mind is getting those sets pumped out. I'm not ogling women, or gratifying attention whores. NO offense, but I couldn't give a fuck about anyone else there. That's how you improve (spotters/trainers/legit work out buddies notwithstanding)

Joke:noun 1. something said or done to provoke laughter or cause amusement, as a witticism, a short and amusing anecdote, or a prankish act: He tells very funny jokes. She played a joke on him.

In no way are these people a match. In physical attractiveness, she is well below him, in terms of ambition, the opposite. They fucked right away, and he has given no indication that he would even consider it. But in her dopey fantasies, she rescues him from the basement, in a wonderful reverse pretty woman. If this was my friend I'd tell him to commit. Wait until she's making beau coup bucks as a Doctor, and spend it all on cool shit.

You're referring to taxes on income, only if you've spent over 300 days a year in that country. Otherwise you pay taxes on 100% The reporting above applies to any offshore accounts.

Gentlemen, It is very important to understand that if any of your accounts (or all as an aggregate) exceed $10,000 at ANY POINT in the tax year, you are required to report it to the IRS. The penalties for not doing so are staggering. Also, the IRS is placing remarkable pressure on foreign banks, forcing them to identify the accounts of any American citizens. As a result, many banks and investment companies are telling US citizens to fuck off. If you do file FBAR's as required to reveal foreign i…

This thread is an utter cornucopia of trash. Check out this nugget of wisdom: "Calling women 'females' is seen as dehumanizing, as there are words specifically to represent 'female humans' so when you don't use them it reads weird. Also it's a speech pattern (I don't know what else to call it here) that tends to be associated with red pillers, so that will irritate people as well." Would you prefer 'bitch?'

"Sometimes we’d get someone saying “Oh, I’d love to fk those sluts.” But it’s impossible to get angry about those comments. You know what? You’re calling yourself out on being an ignorant ahole. C: We speak very freely and graphically about sex, but obviously we’re not gonna fk anyone who says “I wanna fk you, sluts,” so dream on." This whole thing is obviously just for attention. They are advocating a long, hard ride on the cc, fighting "slut shaming" (indicating they are sluts) and are appalle…

I did. And I was simply trying to offer genuine advice based upon my experience. The lesson here is that when at work, a woman that is not yours is not your problem. When they spout off nonsense, there is literally no useful retort. If you put her in her place, you either 1) can create feels (by passing the shit test), or 2) create animosity by illustrating what an idiot she is. Neither is desirable in a work environment. Neither advances your career. When people demonstrate they aren't worth de…

You really need to treat these situations like you would an insolent child. If a random toddler calls you a 'poopeyface', would you engage with it? No, you laugh it off and move on. Only if you are responsible for the child in some way do you engage, and then only to correct her behaviour. You are not responsible for this child, and therefore should not engage with her childish outbursts. You have nothing to gain and everything to lose from these interactions.
