Love the litany against fear Dune reference. I actually have used that at various times in my life to mentally prepare myself; it works surprisingly well!!

If your genetic material is worthy of passing it on then that’s a legit reason on its own merits. Another logical reason is to build a family to benefit yourself and your estate; a la Bush and Trump. If that’s not enough, then consider who is going to take care of you in your old age. I’m in my mid-50’s with 3 kids, two adults and one teenager. The emotional aspect is a factor even if you don’t want to deal with it right now. So, as long as you select a proper wife/LTR to procreate and maintain …

Who the fuck are you to decide what “being a real man” actually is?! Everyone is on their own RP path. So how about you STFU and stop giving him shit.

What he just said. Read 48 laws of power.

Speaking from an older man’s perspective: 1: Grow a backbone. 2: Develop your physical self; lift heavy and often. 3: Create a plan to escape your current situation. 4: Your opinions don’t matter to anyone else except you; shut the fuck up and take care of yourself. 5: Find an alpha man that you respect that is willing to mentor you. If you can’t find one then just observe alpha in action and imitate. Take action to kill the Beta traits and develop alpha traits. 6: Regarding a job: just find any…

Good post!! I’m 56 and working on getting into the best shape of my life. It’s only too late when you’re dead. Never give up!!

No thanks Bond. I’m prepping for a major life changing event. So trying to find a legit Doctor who knows TRP and believes it is important to my situation.

Lifting heavy at your age will naturally boost your Test. Do major combo exercises deadlifts, squats, bench, pull-ups, push-ups, etc. Avoid lots of static cardio, ie long steady paced running. Instead do HIIT training for 20-30 minutes. Also, 80% of your ability to achieve gains is how much you’re eating!! Pay attention to that Shiznit!! Protein intake should be 1 gram per pound of lean body mass; you must eat in a surplus of calories to gain. Supplements that help are high quality Omega-3s, Mul…

An old NLP Jedi mind trick, when you see the “wanting more” happening you start shifting their frame suggesting how many great men there are in the world. That you wish you were different, but you’re not. You can still be alpha and allow them to change their own mind. Lay it out so their perception of you is that they are free to search other opportunities. This is stuff that Ross Jeffries and other game types have used.

If by that you mean to redirect her focus, I do that. In this case I just let her talk and was not rewarding her with answers. She was so pissed because in the past I’d answer, but now I am not.

Cringeworthy LOL. I was not talking to her outside of the few comments I said. Regardless, I will STFU.

So, I’ve recently begun my RP journey, and have been shifting so that I’m operating from my frame instead of hers. I came home from a quick workout and went to kiss her. She clearly pulled the obligation kiss card out and I instantly denied her and told her, “I don’t want it if you are giving it willingly” turned around and went upstairs to clean up. A short time later she came storming into the Bathroom furious at me for acting like that, and denying her own behavior. I told her that I wasn’t g…

Listen to his advise. Trust me that the shit you’re going through is always temporary. You’re already aware of the RP at 21, I’m mid-50’s and just learning about it; try sucking on a BP for that long. Everything I’ve done in my life worth doing was accomplished by overcoming obstacles. A lot of time those obstacles were really opportunities that helped me personally and professionally. So keep that in mind. Get some professional help, but also start working out a whole lot!! It will make a huge …

Unfortunately, this has been me. I’m new to TRP, but recognize my failures and am making the necessary efforts to change myself. Unplugging is concurrently painful and enlightening!!

Awesome explanation. What you describe is classic conditioning. Makes sense now. I especially like the don’t argue with them but. That’s an area I need to unlearn.

That’s a great question. I’m still working on it. It’s takes hard indisputable evidence to convince others. My goal is legal and with regard to my child. Shame and guilt for the soon-to-be-ex are tools to use against her when the time is right. You can only use that with hard evidence though. You can not argue with what is true.

Thanks. It’s a bad situation that will get worse. Sorry that you had to go through this too. However, I’d rather go through this and learn to unplug myself from the matrix than to be stuck in its turmoil.

First, I’m definitely not weak-willed or a loser. I’ve had a lot of success in my life. She made a choice, I was fooled and am rectifying the situation by leaving under my own terms.

Yes. I will follow up as things happen. I’m assuming that it’s okay to do that here.

I appreciate that! Truthfully, I’m trying to minimize the damage this will have on my child. Being a good Father is more important to me.

That’s what I’m doing. For exactly that reason. She’s the enemy in my eyes and I’m doing what’s necessary to win this war. Intelligence wins wars.

My lawyer was recommended by a friend who went through a nightmare divorce. I trust him and he has custody of his kid too. All boxes checked as far as I’m concerned. I appreciate the advise and info.

It sucks for my child. I will be fine. No, when I commit to someone it’s all or nothing. Before we were together I was seeing a few women at a time. My plan is to refocus on myself and my interests, business and otherwise. In my prior single life woman approached me more than I chased them. My mindset back then was not looking for anything serious. So if it happens then so be it. Sex is not my priority.

Yeah that’s something I’m weighing. I’m considering using it as leverage to get what I want out of this situation, machveiallian style. I’m going to let me lawyer guide me through this aspect. Last thing I need is to get into someone else’s BS.

Yeah, it’s not so simple when kids are involved. I have to protect myself. If it were just me, that’s exactly what I would have done. It takes big balls to stay cool and deal with the situation to gain leverage. The court systems are not fair to Fathers; that’s a reality that men need to understand before they jump into an LTR and having kids.

Initially, just behaviors that were off. Then I discovered patterns in phone records. I used some outside means to gather the conclusive evidence.

Based on what I’ve read, I agree that my BP behavior contributed. I suspect though that she’s most likely always had side-dudes. I was so completely into her at one time. The whole social programming was deeply ingrained in me; that’s changed now. We have a child together. So I am being cautious in regards to that situation.

It really is an awakening to see it happening. I’m being very pragmatic and doing what’s necessary. Doing my best to be a rational male, pun intended.

Thanks. I’m realistic and not too stressed. Acceptance is a powerful thing. Yes, I’ve talked to a lawyer.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
