2	Short is Not the Problem I personally prefer a man shorter than me, but I know I’m 100% in the minority. 2	Are things really that bad for short men? My S/O is 5’4, and shorter than me, and I’ve heard way too many people take jabs at his height even around me. I also know that it affects the way he is respected at work. A professor once even told him students would never respect a man shorter than them and he should change careers.
