Yoga and running have helped me relax, breathe, and focus on the present in a way nothing else has. Go your own pace and do what feels good for you. Best wishes!

This guy is like a supermarket for red flags.

Now I wish she had sent him a picture of ogre Fiona and then bounced.

Totally agree. The first sign of an unhealthy relationship is whatever negative vibe he gave her for her to feel the need to look through his phone in the first place. Our issue is that we don't follow our instinct to just leave the cheating asshole, we mentally torture ourselves with continuing to engage with him, who will gaslight us (like we see in the video).

Logically, I know it was my total lack of boundaries. I let guys use me for anything they wanted, without a peep, from the get-go. They would get bored and I would want more because I always wanted more from the beginning but never expressed it. It's distorted thinking on my part to believe there is something wrong deep down inside of me, and I think this is true in your case as well. My only issue is creating boundaries and asking for what I want when I want it, and settling for nothing less.

This is embarrassing to admit, but I'm having a hard time believing that the men I've dated are actually low value instead of only acting low value because of me. Like, I have this idea in my head that the guys who have used me have moved on to someone they are treating well.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
