Women have always been the primary victims of war. Women lose their husbands, their fathers, their sons in combat.

I was with you until the last one. That "analogy" was painful. The two situations don't have much in common at all.

Yeah, seeing an article with common sense from salon posted on /r/MensRights has felt all sorts of surreal.

His screams though. To anyone capable of sympathy for men, they were painful to hear. Exceptionally so. Apparently the girl laughing maniacally and the commenters disagree. I couldn't stand hearing his pain.

While the OP didn't point it out well, all reverse genders are about how males are shockingly disposable. The "men's right," in this case is the right to not be laughed at by those we love and trust as well as the internet while we scream in pain. Perhaps if she had been aware of gender biases informing her that she needs her man to go through pain to prove his dedication to her and his ability to protect and sacrifice for her, this pain could have been avoided. This is assuming it's legit, as s…

Either they didn't survey the same girls, or there's a missing 10% there. Doesn't follow. Someone could have checked "neither happy nor unhappy" about the way they look or something; you don't know the design of the survey well enough to draw that conclusion.

Yeah, how dare those Christians do what their religion commands! “You have heard that it was said, ‘An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.’ But I say to you, Do not resist the one who is evil. But if anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if anyone would sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well. -Matthew 5:38-40 ESV

The problem is with the explanation: ...his intoxication [is] not a defense... that implies that no level of intoxication would be a "defense" (that is, having sex with an intoxicated person is only a crime for males).

I have yet to see anything from femism that doesn't boil down to "man bad, woman good."

I agree with feminists: there is a culture where rape is celebrated and victims are blamed. It's just not the one they talk about.

It was only news because none of the headlines mentioned that it was men that died.

Men dying isn't news. Men are disposable; if it were just that all men died, that would be all according to plan and not a story. Therefore they are "students." Student's aren't disposable, because some of them might be female.

Feminism lost the ability to claim that it is about equality when it named the historical problem (the "patriarchy") after maleness and the solution (feminism) after femaleness. Edit: grammar

Girl Writes What did a video that went through several influential feminists being very misandric. I suggest you take a look. Your attitude I am genuinely curious in your arguments. That being said, I'd appreciate it if you would refrain from dismissing my opinions before you even consider listening to viewpoints that don't coincide with your own. is appreciated.

It's not creating needless drama, it is highlighting that misandry is culturally acceptable.

In California and Montana, a woman can name any man she likes as the father, he gets a letter in the mail, if he does not prove he isn’t the father within 30 days he is now the father and must pay. He cannot contest it. And DNA tests to prove paternity are not considered proof by the courts. Citation please?

A lot of it was borrowed from Karen Straughan, but it was still excellent.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
