1	Justice finally. Again, you’re not grasping the concept of custodial responsibility. Support funds are paid for the benefit of the child. The (usually) custodial parent is responsible for that money as a custodian. If my kid turned 18 and my ex was in arrears, my kid could petition the court to have that child support money paid directly to him. To summarize, she doesn’t owe me shit. I just receive it. 4	Justice finally. It’s stupid to put somebody in an adult “timeout” for CHOOSING not to work, hide what little income is received and ignore the responsibility of being a parent? It’s an extreme measure most often used against the more egregious offenses of this situation. In some situations I agree it is too frequently a go-to but data talks. Arrearage numbers have dropped. 16	Justice finally. Downvotes eh. It’s about spreading the message I don’t care if somebody doesn’t like my enthusiasm for the subject matter. And I hope she doesn’t give me any shit in the future. Last time she was in jail (unrelated issue) she called child protective services and said I was neglecting our son. She hadn’t seen him in 2 years at that point.
