Not always but often bad.

Well then the time should be longer or a lot worse. This database is both a part of the punishment and serves more importantly the second crucial purpose of the criminal justice system--public safety. The rights of future spouses to be safe outweighs an abuser's right to privacy.

Wow what a hero advocating for those oppressed…. Domestic abusers

So you don’t want a sex offender registry either? I gather you want to let pedophiles live near schools

I think the excuse is that gay sex tends to have a higher rate of STD transmission than straight sex while lesbian sex has lower rates than straight sex.

Oh and the people dismissing male victims of sexual assault too.

Well in college maybe the 6 figure part is like their parents
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/22 03:58 PM

I mean college in general has a hookup culture but that doesn’t speak about society at large. Men and women leave college with very high body counts generally if they are single

Legally they can’t without paying child support atm

How is abortion not a way to get out of being a parent?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 06:06 PM

So you admit rape victims paying child support is definitely bad right? Because that issue can be solved with the stroke of a pen.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 06:10 AM

But In most American states they can

They should be allowed to abandon kids without consequence provided they sign papers during pregnancy, a financial abortion of sorts. This also clears up any paternity questions.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 03:59 AM

Women can opt out of parenthood before they give birth via abortion so men should be able to as well. Financial abortion should be allowed up to 2 weeks before abortion is (to allow for decision making time) provided paternity is proven with dna testing

I’m saying that it’s possible. For born or unborn kids, dna tests should be a prerequisite before a penny of child support is paid
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 02:30 AM
2

Dna tests. You can do those in the womb if the father chooses to contest. This also gets rid of any instances of the terrible crime of paternity fraud.

That implies that he nutted in her without her also equally consenting and thus being equally responsible for any outcome

The Kansas court case hermesmann vs sayer sealed the deal sadly

Right and men aren’t demanding equal access to ovarian cancer treatment. Your point is? We are talking about finances here. Men should be able to “financially abort” during pregnancy, not after, provided he is informed. This would mean he cuts all contact with the kid and doesn’t have to pay a penny
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:57 AM

Right but it still gives mom all the choice over both of their money

Sadly men who are raped are indeed forced to pay child support
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:54 AM
1

Why should the law not punish people who steal condoms to impregnate themselves and then force the innocent men to pay thousands of dollars for a kid they didn’t consent to creating? Also what about male rape victims? The law sadly currently forces them to pay as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:54 AM

Why should there be any law that favors one sex on account of biology?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:52 AM
2

If a woman can get out of parenthood during pregnancy via abortion the man should be afforded the same rights during those 9 months.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:51 AM
1

Same can be said for women seeking abortion
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:36 AM
2

There shouldn’t be then a financial advantage to address biological differences. That’s basically affirmative action

They chose to let/encourage you
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:34 AM

So when abortion bans done exist you’re for allowing financial abortion too right?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:34 AM
13

That’s the same argument as “she wouldn’t have gotten pregnant if she was careful”. Did you know that in some states male rape victims have to pay child support? Seems pretty atrocious to me
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:33 AM
1

No it’s for not punishing men for having sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:32 AM

Well that’s not an issue more child support will solve. I’m for increasing access to birth control and abortion

We aren’t talking in any Indian language and yes I am bilingual. Also stop going on random tangents about Russia and india it’s completely irrelevant

Keep coping that your country needs Russia to help.

“ I don’t support communism fascism, nothing”. Also that’s totally meaningless. You sound like you’re still learning how to speak the language.

Idgaf about Indian foreign affairs we are talking about Ukraine stop going off on an irrelevant tangent you sound like you’re on some drugs

1) I’m talking about offensive nuclear weapons. The us wouldn’t place something that valuable that close to Russian soil. 2) so? Ukraine is a sovereign country they have no obligation to Russia 3) that’s even worse. Monarchism is objectively one of the worst forms of government.
/r/AntiFeminists07/03/22 08:44 PM

The us hasn’t placed a single missile in nato countries in Eastern Europe. So no this isn’t like Cuba. We didn’t invade Cuba for turning communist nor did we invade venezuela for siding with Russia and China. In the end, Russia has no right to influence what organizations ukraine does and doesn’t join. Why should nato be dissolved? Moscow is still clearly a threat to former Soviet states and Eastern Europe. Communism hasn’t been eradicated from the face of the earth yet
/r/AntiFeminists07/03/22 08:38 PM

What right does Putin have to control nato internal affairs? Ukraine isn’t a part of russia
/r/AntiFeminists07/03/22 08:27 PM

Funny thing is, Russia isn’t invading nato

Which arguments have I “lost”? I’m using zelensky as an example of Ukrainian men who are also glorified by reddit
/r/AntiFeminists07/03/22 08:38 AM
2

Again this doesn’t make the mothers not heroes. The point is your outrage is based on a totally false premise that the men aren’t being looked at as “heroes” by reddit which is totally false. Every day there are posts calling Ukrainian men heroes as well
/r/AntiFeminists07/03/22 08:12 AM
2

Right pretty sure the fighting men like zelensky are called heroes frequently on reddit too. Nothing wrong with acknowledging mothers.

I’d argue that children come before adult men or women so yea you’re wrong
/r/AntiFeminists07/03/22 07:53 AM

No I mean that you cannot use the results of a polygraph test as evidence in court
/r/AntiFeminists06/03/22 04:14 AM

You do realize he was doing some sketchy “consensual non consent” bdsm stuff right? Like he was straight up simulating a rape scenario without proper boundaries and safety protocols

/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/22 03:21 PM

Except it is a grave injustice if the woman tricked him into thinking the kid was his. Fraud isn’t legal

It should always be available upon request, especially during any arguments about child support.

Then make her pay every penny back when the kid turns 18 and make sure the “father” doesn’t pay a single penny more

Yea I’m pro choice and support this 100 percent. All pro lifers should support mandated child support while all pro choices shouldn’t.

Dang now there are conservative versions too.
