2	Does a man's value really go up as he ages? No. No. No. Only if you extend these ideas to women as well. It’s rarely said that women ALSO are more mature and more financially successful in their 30s. All this does is give older men a pass to go after younger women. It pressures women to mature faster and settle down so much earlier in life. The pressure put on a 25 year old woman isn’t the same for a 25 year old man.
