| 18 | Improving yourself is worth it.? Muscles make you stronger. Muscles give your body shape. Muscles make you more dominant. What reason would you NOT want to have more muscle? Unless you're roided up and you're 260 or something ridiculous like that no girl is going to complain that you're too big.
