So it doesn’t matter if some white woman is raped ? Is that why it’s black lives matter thing? That whole message is absurd.

Imagine it was a really fat woman doing that? She would probably sue the poor guy and the judge for body shaming her, if she had lost her s. harassment case. /joke P.S: to all of you that “it’s okay, fuck OP” guys - yeah, if it would be me, I would loved that girl flash her tits to me, that would be real fun. But it’s not where the problem is, you douche bags. It’s the fact that there are double standards. While both, reasonable men and women have relatively equal standards when it comes to what…

Because some think, of you are 3/5ths of an plus sized woman, than you could be treated as such.

It’s absolutely disgusting what some people think of a marriage or a partnership. The value of relationships between married man and woman was diminished to zero by entertainment industry and groups of specific activists.

Why is that even matter? Do you think people with mental illness are allowed to do anything they want? What point are you trying to make here? Besides, I think she is just being an idiot, or maybe she’s under influence, and can’t control her idiotic impulses. But it doesn’t change the fact either.

Hey doc, how did you diagnosed her? All I see is a woman that harassed that dude, then went on to harass some little company in the back. By the way, doc, even if she is a schizophrenic, last time I checked, no one gets to harass people, regardless of their mental health. But that young lady seems to be getting a pass here.

I agree that parts of the system are bad. But any little change we can do is very important. Inaction is the worst. We need to report cops that abuse power and give more credit to cops that are doing a good job. By the way, I’ve been trying to find how that story ended, and I couldn’t find anything. I guess there were no hearing yet, or perhaps it went another route and she sued the PD, and they settled (usually those settlements are covered by complete silence). Just by doing a quick math, that…

That’s exactly the point, some laws don’t really correspond with our constitution. Arrest in necessary in case of a violent crime, or if the warrant is issued. Giving power to cop to arrest for literally anything they want, is a pretty bad policy. Broken tail light is an equipment violation and not a violent crime. People get speeding/red light camera tickets in the mail every day, but there is no cop delivering those, demanding for signatures. Saying - I would like to, but what can I do... and …

Cops can arrest you for not signing a citation. In this situation, there is a reason for citation - she has a broken tail light. But you were to lazy to either read what I said about the actual law - it is fucked up that you can be arrested for not signing a citation. Cops can basically pull over anyone for any bullshit and escalate it to an arrest. But again, I guess you are too lazy to look past through “pussypassdenied”, and ready to give up all your rights, just to defend what? A lawful, but…

I also don’t think that all cops are bad, and I agree that they do have a difficult job to do on a daily basis. I said it multiple times, that woman definitely had her options, but as well as that officer. I guess it’s all comes to an individual perspective and how people would handle the situation. I personally see it more reasonable just to leave her with a ticket, and that’s it. Remember, he stopped her for for a broken tail light. She refused to sign the citation, and officer decides to arre…

Because “His girlfriend Melissa Oates, 34, who was driving the car, was arrested at the scene and charged with four breaches of a police family violence order.” Fucking absurd, 4 breaches of FVO. She supposed to do a U turn and go in the opposite direction once she saw him. That is a murder.

I had an ex like that too, and when I had the last drop of that bs (she smashed my windshield for the second time) I called the cops on her. Cops arrived and did nothing. They wouldn’t even do the report. Few weeks later, that bitch called the cops on me and I was arrested, had to go to court 7 times in 3 years, just to wait for the case to be dismissed, because she never bothered to show up in court. I was also given probation time for nothing and now being harassed by cops during every traffic…

I’ve been waiting for something like that for a while now. I guess the society haven’t reached that final line of the amount of insanity average people have to deal with by encountering individuals like the one in the article. And only our terrible media is going to benefit (as usually) from the incident when it happens, and will blame it back on the society as you say. But I really hope that justice is going to be served.

She was pulled over for a broken light. That’s how it all started. If you run a red light and receive a citation by mail, if you find a parking ticket on your car, no one will come to arrest you until the warrant is issued. That officer decided to use his authority and arrest someone for refusing to sign a citation. That’s what have lead to arrest, not kicks and cackling that came after. EDIT: was it all lawful what officer did? I believe yes. I just don’t think it was logical, reasonable , neit…

I agree with everything you said. But for a second, let’s go back to the beginning. She was pulled over for a broken light. After she refused to sign the citation, officer decides to arrest her. Does she deserve a ticket? Hell yes. Is she ignorant ? Yes. Is she acting like a fool ? Yes. Have she committed a violent crime? No, just minor infraction. Could this go the other way? Most likely. This whole situation is absurd to me. I get it, patrol police officers on duty don’t really get to choose w…

She refuses to comply, by not signing a ticket. Cop could just leave her with citation and that’s it. He had it on video that he offered her to sign it. If she wouldn’t show up in court - then warrant gets issued. Trying to flee the scene was the worst thing she could do, I’m not defending anything she did after she made that move. For some reason my message about the cop and a questionable law that gives such a power to cops is mostly ignored. Just a day or two ago there was an article about a …

Equipment violation is not a crime, it’s a minor infraction. Also, officer is not required to arrest if someone refuses to sign the citation in Oklahoma. Officer could tell her that signing one doesn’t mean she admits to being guilty and she can contest it in court, and explain that her denial grants a power to officer to arrest her, if he thinks it’s appropriate (not if he is butthurt, but if he has a strong belief that she won’t appear in court). Yet that part was skipped and he went for arres…

Because millions of dollars are spent to teach them how to deescalate and that cop failed to do so. He went straight for arrest the moment she refused to sign the citation. Shove it under her wipers and be on your way. If she doesn’t pay it, the warrant is going to be issued. She is a dumbass, 100%, but she is not some violent criminal.

I tried looking from all perspectives and she is always an idiot cunt and he is always a power tripping cop.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/02/20 06:16 PM

I’m not defending her, somehow everybody misses that part. I think that cop is butthurt because she didn’t follow his order. He has camera on him. Stick the citation under her wipers and call it a day. If she doesn’t appear at court, she will face worse circumstances than an $80 ticket. I have a problem with a law that allows cops to arrest people because they don’t want to sign citation. It’s bad from all sides, no one wins from that.
/r/PussyPassDenied17/02/20 06:36 PM

Almost? Well, he could almost tase her, but he preferred to do it.

I agree, people should sign tickets. If you would be that officer, would you do the same or tried to resolve situation in any other way, without violence for example?

I’ll repeat, I’m not defending her. I am simply saying it is fucking absurd to get arrested for not signing a ticket. Worst thing she would have some late fees and paid more in the end. Even from financial perspective, that wasn’t a good idea. But officer got butthurt, because she didn’t sign damned ticket, so he decided to play along with that silly woman. And you really think her kick would harm that officers? Perhaps only his ego. EDIT: could someone please explain officers actions - drawing …

What if they don’t act as you expect them to? She is definitely a moron, but being arrested for not signing a ticket? Seems like everyone here is ready to justify 100% of this officers action. This officers had a chance to handle the situation the other way, but he didn’t. Whether she acted dumb or childish, it’s not fun to watch how PO draws a gun, then throws someone on the ground and tases them, someone who is clearly not a threat to them. Yeah, she just disobeyed his order to sign the ticket…
/r/PussyPassDenied17/02/20 07:38 AM

People expect POs to be reasonable. She is definitely acting up, but officer should have deescalated, by simply explaining that signing a ticket is not an admission of guilt. Besides, arresting someone just because they don’t want to sign a ticket? Is that what you really want? I bet that woman is simply broke and can’t afford to fix her vehicle, which is not an excuse by the way. But that fucking cop, just imagine someone close to you in that lady’s shoes...
