Well I know now that I was not there that day and have whitnesses to confirm I was living 45 minutes away from there at the time. I have a public pretender but he is no good. Problem is man. I now have custody of my child. Mommy is in rehab for the fifth time for heroine... They keep givin her chances..m she has done maybe 10 days total... If it was me I bet I would have done 6 months already...
