Please, you have to let yourself be free of her completely. I went through a similar situation and it’s gonna be very hard but you can do it. You owe it to yourself to walk away from all that stress. That’s the best way forward.

Vyvanse is safer to take than adderall and it provides more of a controlled focus. Adderall just hypes you up and can make you seem like a zombie. I'm on a low dose prescribed by my doctor but it's all I need for that edged up vibe. I definitely feel like my mind is sharper even when I'm socializing with new people.

It depends man, obviously still be careful who you share this information with. I was pretty beta growing up, but not really by choice. I just didn't know any better but I always knew something wasn't right. Starting college definitely changed my behavior to match what I had always known to be right. Last year my friend slowly introduced me to RP advice and I slowly looked into this subreddit. I would never have known about it if he didn't bring it up. I believe it has improved my life for sure.…

I definitely feel down when I'm stressed out. I realized it because when I'm relaxed I feel good and my game becomes exceptional. Unfortunately if I'm not relaxed I feel very distracted.
