Both the companies I have worked for since have pushed back against the SJW agenda, and focused on high performance and results. Much better fit.

Not exactly, kept it professional but moved on pretty quickly. Last two jobs have been purely focussed on high performance and results, so suits me just fine.

Positive discrimination doesn’t work that way here. Better for me just to take it on the chin and move on. Not gonna sink to their level.

Unfortunately yes. My ex-employer is a diversity champion. What that meant for me was, despite doing a job for over six months during financial struggles, being encouraged to apply by the GM for the role full time, receiving outstanding performance reviews, and meeting or exceeding all criteria, I did not even get an interview. When I queried this with HR, I got told I was not a ‘good fit’ for the role. When I asked what that meant, it was explained as not being a ‘modern role model or diverse e…
