Do you guys really believe this stuff? The women take [men] at their "warmest", pull as much heat from them as they can, and then discard them. Strictly speaking from a utilitarian perspective, putting up the toilet seat is a negative because it doesn't produce any type of societal benefit or happiness/pleasure. I can think of many "respectful" yet still negative things.

Alright alright alright... since when did one negative thing happening make it okay to inflict MORE negative things on a person? Negative aspects of our society should be spread out so that one group or person doesn't have to carry all of the burden. It's not that hard for people of either sex to just move the damn toilet seat to whichever position they need it.

Why shouldn't the next person move the seat to their needed position? You don't know who is using it next, so it's very possible that you'll move the seat up while they wanted it down, resulting in not one but TWO unneeded seat movements. Additionally, women don't put the seat up for men, why should men put the seat down for women? The easiest way to do this is to just move it to where you need it when you get there, regardless of gender.
