Sometimes I read comments like these on this subreddit and I wonder if it's just bots spamming the same platitudes for karma. You could comment this on any given post without even reading the subject and reach the top.

"Don't have sex at parties!" Sounds a bit overkill doesn't it? The abstinence campaign has never been a great success.

They all thought you wanted to sell them something/invite them to your religion. That's exactly what you sound like.

I was pretty hyped to read this book until I read the first sentence : "In the beginning, there was only 1 man, Adam, and 1 woman, Eve".

Our maths can't divide by 0 and our morality can't answer that question.

The phrasing makes it hard to tell.

I can't be the only one who noticed the huge dip in post quality recently. Why do people care so much about a ranting teenager when there are other real issues to talk about.

This is where men's rights goes too far lul. Women are not oppressed anymore in most developped countries, however, women were subjugated by men all over the world before the 20th century and still are in many countries. It is true that men are and have been the vast majority of victims of war and that has nothing to do with the oppression of women within a society.

Rewatching it, it didn't seem like the officer put that much force into it. Tbh I think she let herself fall. Probably the smartest move on her part to avoid getting hurt.

Allow me to take the wild guess that the two situations were extremely different. Is my guess right?

There actually are people who think sentences should be given regardless of whether the perpetrator is an adult or a minor? I'm not trying to be condescending here. I am seriously stunned that people actually hold this opinion on Reddit.

I didn't pay attention because prior to this, I thought there was only one logical way to pick cabinet members : By merit. I started giving a shit when I learned genitals were what truly mattered.

Your logic is flawed. If a moderate muslim says there is no place for moderate muslims in middle east, then whether he is right or wrong, it has absolutly nothing to do with how moderate of a muslim he is. Is there really a place for rational MRAs on this subreddit? Well when you can't critique an opinion such as : "The media is the enemy of men" which is very radical, I think I start to understand why /r/mensrights is seen as borderline crazy all over reddit.
/r/MensRights21/06/15 04:12 PM

That is a silly question. This statement is as moderate as saying that a red apple is red. On what scale of moderation do you eveluate my statement?

Because of the self-confirmation bias that is going on on the frontpage of this subreddit. First step : Find a single instance of an outside media making a biased report ignoring ALL the others mainstream US-based that made actually decent non-biased reporting. Second step : Massively upvote the first comment that says something along the lines of : This is the true enemy of men: the media. They produce what sells, not what is right. I remember going through a LTR break-up in my 30's. An older c…

If you take a leap and are gambling for a 10 times increase in income, they will find someone who already has that income. Sounds still plugged in to me. Don't take it personal but I think you need a lot of introspection in order to understand how you came to that reasoning.

I identify as an MRA because I support a variety of gender issues men currently suffer in modern society including the lack of evidence required for a false accusation of rape to land an innocent behind bars, the inequality of family court, the right to financial abortion, the victim gender bias in the media, etc... Yes, men have been leaders historically, but from there to say women are inferior, that's a big leap don't you think?

i maintain that if society had always relied on women to advance that we would still be living in caves and mud huts. That's... That's... getting upvoted. Is that really what MRAs believe? Cause I don't want to be associated with that shit

Only 2k? That was the top thread of the front page for like a day or two. I read somewhere we got at least 10k out of that one.

I'd be surprised to find a source from a self-proclaimed MRA claiming this. I would associate this idea with the pro-life lobby but it's just so absurd I don't wanna insult them either.

... And just as I thought men were getting closer to their right to abort responsabilities from a child they didn't want, here comes this retard with his retarded libertarianpro-life/religious idea that everyone's going to confuse with what MRM really wants.

A true heroin. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DErhGijudak In this conversation for exemple, everyone seems to agree on a golden rule which is the exact opposite of what was agreed upon in The view. "A man should never hit a woman".

People overestimate these talkshows. All they care about is viewer rate. Any opinion they give is gonna be the popular opinion. They watch the video, they read the comments on facebook, youtube, reddit and BAM here's their opnion. Then they start throwing sentences around like they are golden rules. "A man should be allowed to slap a woman that slapped him". "If you attack a man, expect him to hit back". Now show them the Ray Rice video. For two very similar situations (Girl gets aggressive, guy…

Not hating or anything. Just wondering what does the fact that you're a girl have to do with anything? Why didn't you just post : "Hi I am moderator yada yada" instead of "Hi I am moderator yada yada, btw I am grill. Follow me on tweeter. I have cancer". This is /r/pussypass afterall. Genuine question looking for a genuine answer. Thanks
