2	What are y'all toughts on ONU daydream to forcefully make 50% of all leadership positions be taken by women? I'm pretty sure they abandoned this campaign around 2016. Any job position should be mostly based on merit, then some consideration on how that person would be a good fit in the organisation. I don't think that anybody should be given preference for a job because of their sex, gender, religion etc. I think it's fine for companies to report metrics on diversity (gender, race, etc).
