1	I screwed up but the punishment may not fit the crime. What should I do? I know a case exactly as yours. I think your problem is that you think you did wrong but you did not. It was impossible for you to know she was not ok with it thus you did nothing wrong. She was not physically hurt nor there was penetration. I also suggest the cease and desist. Same with suing for false accusations plus you need conclusive proof she lies which usually is impossible to get because it is all made up and there is no proof nor witnesses of her statements. A girl can raise a complaint about any guy, invent any sort of story and there is no consequences for her. 1	Most women feel incredibly comfortable making false accusations. When people get angry, they look for the worst thing they can say to offend you. At times that may be a racist phrase, or something about your appearance, whatever they know can hurt the most.
