You are speaking of having nice clothes, a good car, and a nice place to live like the only value they have is to get pussy. They make you look better, feel more confident, be more happy, and live a nicer quality of life totally apart from getting some strange. Know what's better than all that shit? an extra 1k-1500 a month and coming to grips with the fact that your confidence is derived from bullshit material things and you would lose that confidence if you lost the material things. Or your jo…

Most people fit into my mold because I back it with science. Fact. You are more than likely a part of that mold too even if you deny it. I challenge you to give me your myfitnesspal showing that you ate more than your maintenance calorie necessities for 6 months (every single day) and did not gain weight. You would be an anomaly and you should be studied because there's no reason why a person could eat 15 hamburgers a day and weigh just as much as someone who ate 3 salads a day.

See you clearly don't care about your money at all and just care about bitches because you didn't read the main point of anything, lol. let me give you this scenario Work 5 years making 25k/mo or 300k/yr and quit your job after banking a million Work 5 years making 5k/mo or 60k/yr and be stuck to your job and bank 50k (you are making less because you are more devoted to being high SMV btw) The first guy then does whatever the fuck he wants for the next 5 years, literally 100% focus on fucking bi…

(e.g. gym, good food, clothes, nice apartment, new car, etc.) All of this costs a fucking lot of money. in order: 50/mo, actually cheaper to eat healthy, at least 100/mo in nice clothes let's be real, 50/mo after you get a decent "set" of clothes and only need a new pair of shoes or a shirt every month, extra 200-300/mo in RENT (you don't own this "super nice" apartment, it's a facade, it ain't yours and you're throwing your money in the trash every month), new car 200-300/mo investing in a depr…

if you put on weight slowly you aren't eating enough. If you really eat 3500 calories every single day (without cardio) and don't gain weight you are probably 6'-6'5 and weigh 210-230. You actually need 4k calories a day to gain weight in that range. edit: i don't know how my metabolism is because it's irrelevant. I shit 6 times a day when i eat like shit, or 3 times a day when i eat a lot of vegetables, or once every 3 days if i'm really active and don't eat much like in basic training.

Ok so this applies to the first 3 deviations then, if you're a .1%er, you should probably recognize that

No such thing. I've gone from 175 to 200 in 2 months and now I'm going back down at the same speed. It's calories in vs calories out. You don't track your calories so you have no clue what you're doing. Stop spreading shit advice.

See this is the problem with reddit. You're retarded and don't know anything about weight gain/weight loss and you're upvoted over someone who is correct. Here's why you're skinny and eat fast food everyday You don't eat as much as other people You burn more calories from activities more than other people Metabolism practically means nothing. The only argument "hurr muhgenetics" is if you have a thyroid issue that causes you to gain excess weight. Source: I've gone from 145 -> 200 and 200 -> 155…

Why are these morons arguing against science? It's literally calories in vs calories out. The metabolism argument has been debunked by fact.

fitness standards are ridiculously low for all branches, and it's only getting worse with our 33+% obesity rate

Probably. I don't think I'm wrong, though.

And I agree with that point. But, the first 3 bullets are on topic and then he went on to tell a story that was hardly relatable to the main discussion

Yup. This fool got laid and went all disney and sprinkled some TRP quotes. She's had sex more than once, promise you that. Edit: notice how his response has almost nothing to do with the guy he's quoting, he just wanted to shine his moment

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
