Watching his testimony and reactions, which were as theatrical and ridiculous as it gets, frankly I wouldn't be surprised is he and his fratboys did in fact rape and do some good amount of gang-bangin. There's no such thing as "underpopulated". Most densily populated places are filthy poluted shitholes. That includes the big cities in the developed world. Most of which are unpleasant at best. Maybe there are some exceptions, Tokyo maybe? Walkable, car free cities in Netherlands.
