The main point I make in it is that the ACA further entrenches a bad system. It takes baby steps towards a better system, but the failure to actually fix the problems is inexcusable. The symptom of that problem is that a lot of people don't have healthcare. The bulk of what Obamacare does is ensure that everyone is covered for care, but very little is done to actually address the cost issue.
