he didn't even approach her and try to arrest her without force. He just fucking tased her. Well, I, for one, would love to see the video that proves exactly what happened. This video cuts in right as she's getting tased. You don't know he didn't. And even IF he didn't, she's already attacked someone, she's proven herself to be violent. The taser was probably warranted.

they are using unnecessary force to keep her out. I disagree, if it was anything more, like punching or anything, then I would agree. But we also don't know what happened before the video started. She may have been inside throwing punches.

He was defending himself. If he hadn't taken control of the situation she would have continued to lash out. Potentially causing someone harm. How much harm can a sitting, handcuffed person cause?
