I like the ideas of a men's club. The only way I see this happening(coming to fruition), is for us to have an international set up of privately owned co-ops. Example: 20 guys buy a piece of land together(let's say 4 acres×20 guys). Each guy gets his spot(1/2 acre). Draw in dirt, gravel, asphalt roads. Water wells, and other sustainabilty measures. Build a nice clubhouse with a few rooms for traveling club brothers. Just thoughts. Obviously stay under the media radar.
