And then women wonder why so many guys want nothing more to do with women and they can't find find a partner.

As an accountant friend of mine said, if you're showing taxable profit you should get another accountant as your current one is clearly incompetent.

Glad to see this happening. I could even see myself being a customer (client?) in my old age, decades from now. I agree prisoners could also work, though regrettably the mental and social wellbeing of male prisoners seems to be a very low priority in the US and UK.

That took me at least 5 reads and a couple of minutes before I correctly registered "lonely male pensioners" as opposed to "lonely male prisoners" and being rather confused. Anywaym great initiative. Is this all based around woodworking or is there also branching out into metal, auto, etc? @ /u/AllSeeingEyebrows, would looking at the maker movements that also operate workshops and are more all-age help your ideas along? Could also see cross-pollination between meninsheds and makers to help this …

Start inventing now, that might become popular sooner than you think. Just one thing, it's likely going to be a breech of contract (ie. a civil matter) rather than a felony (criminal law).

The time sensitiveness can be removed by ticking the "until further notice" checkbox, and you can write in as many participants as you like. Continue overleaf or on additional sheets if necessary. I wouldn't be too optimistic about the entire sorority, EULA case law in software has already proven that it's very hard to hold even principals to shrinkwrap (or in this case zipper-wrap?) agreements, let alone non-signatory parties (the non-opening sorority sisters). I'd definitely want to have that …

As a matter of personal preference I like the contract form more than the EULA form, and have it be a bit more generally applicable than heterosexual 2 person sex... Why pass up the chance of an orgy just because your consent form doesn't cover it? The undersigned, biggguy, <insert name of other participant(s) here>, all being of sound mind and body, and being over the age of consent in this location, freely and without being under undue pressure, hereby consent to sexual intercourse [ ] during …

I see this as a good thing not taken far enough. Why not package these with a consent form and change the text to "got consent? ask and get it signed before unwrapping" as a reminder to not only cover your dick, but also cover your ass...

That's your good right, just as it's ours to try and guess anyway based on the flimsiest of clues... Though I seem to be mistaken, as [doing something] looks to narrow it down to a particular state/province/territory. I won't give it away by posting my improved guess here. Though it would suggest that my initial guess that your use of language is closer to UK than US was correct.

As others have mentioned, this seems to be a deficiency in the training or instruction of these child safety officers. The permanent solution would be for the directors of your ambulance service to liaise with the directors of whatever organization those child safety officers fall under, and get that sorted out. The interim solution / field workaround might be to have your directors write an official memo, on ambulance service paper, stating the rules (namely that y'alls have been police checked…

Family is what you get stuck with, friends are who you choose. Spend less time with your family (or mom), and more with your friends.

I'm no liberal. I'm not saying you're deliberately creating rape targets (the "ignore her" hearing can be done behind closed doors for all I care so the general public isn't aware of that status, and only pop up on the police computer for the cops to see if she tries to file another claim), but I think there should definitely be clear and present risks (separate from penalties) for people abusing the system. You can still prosecute past and future attempts to abuse the system in addition. I see …

True, but if you can, prosecute it.

My point of view is that if you've abused the system too many times (19 so far), the system should (perhaps after judicial review) be able to say "no more".

Either prosecute every false claim, or just get some judge to declare that after so many false claims any subsequent ones will be summarily ignored. Sucks if she really is raped at some point, but after crying wolf too often I think there should be consequences.

Since you want your daughter to be with you, that's already incest, the brother doesn't aggravate that.

I'm not following you here. If the guy your daughter is with, is more interested in her brother than in her, that's not incest.

it wasn't specified how old the daughter or a hypothetical brother would be... For purpose of this discussion, assume they'd both be 16 (age of consent here) or whatever the AoC is in your jurisdiction.

True, if love truly lasts until death do us part then the prenup serves as nothing but filler for your filing cabinet. Unfortunately it often doesn't. I'm looking at it not just from an asset division point of view, but also as a business owner - even if the split is amicable I wouldn't want an ex to still own part of the company or have to buy them out (for which the cashflow may or may not be available).

What it does/should cover is how to calculate what money (and other assets) made during the marriage is allocated to who, how to handle cases like a single earner and a stay-at-home partner, custody, liabilities/assets/division of companies (if any), and quite a few other items as applicable. This does obviously not consitute legal advice, but if you find yourself in a situation you need one, definitely get a good lawyer involved rather than printing out one of the form prenups.

The name of the document you're thinking of is "prenup", short for prenuptial agreement. A very useful document, and one you should get drawn up by the best lawyer you can afford.

I am not fundamentally opposed to the death penalty, but do oppose the ease and frequency with which is is meted out in most countries that still have the death penalty available for civilians. For most, even multiple, murders, simple life imprisonment without the possibility of parole would suffice as both punishment and safeguarding society from criminals, and without parole there also wouldn't be the anguish on survivors/next of kin to attend parole meetings. Some people are however enough of…

You don't have kids yet, count yourself (and your non-existent kids) lucky. GTFO ASAP, to condense advice into the shortest possible form.

It's unclear how much of a premium they charge, but I wouldn't mind a "men only" floor to accompany this. Just think: no children running around, no families, no hen parties, no high school girls on prom night (yes, I'm looking at you Hilton Tucson, even on the exec floor)...
