Try recording yourself having a conversation in the mirror pretending to talk to a girl, weird thing to do but see if you can pick up anything you do that’s weird. Also try different things. Go out with different people, get a different wingman, go solo. For me personally, I go out with a group of friends and go do work solo. This approach has worked well for me.
