And I've known a lot of men who were cut later in life who said it destroyed their sex lives. One size does not fit all.

Your first source cites its figure from a site that doesn't say anything whatsoever about how common balanitis is and your second source has no citation at all. Great links, brother. They definitely support your argument.

Doctor straight up told my parents I would die without it being done. No possibility of any anesthetic. How can anyone respect doctors in this country when they are as blatantly dishonest, manipulative, and abusive as this?

For the longest time, I thought I was normal. After a brief conversation between my dad and me many years ago, I was given the impression that the procedure was something incredibly minor and benign like correcting a cleft lip or something to that effect. Some years later I saw a discussion online that linked to graphic photos and GIFs of the foreskin and what circumcision fully entails. Suffice to say, it hit me like a ton of bricks and I've never been the same since then. Like I said, I though…

You shouldn't be scrubbing your penis with soap in the first place. No wonder you get balanitis.

Him and one of his fetishist buddies. These people just seem to delight in hurting others.

I don't think I've met a circumcised man who has regretted having it done. Because men are going to be forthcoming about discussing a major irreversible defect in their cocks.

If you look in the "other discussions" on this, you'll see that this was posted on r/videos a year ago and in that thread somebody made this comment: "All this scene shows was a generation with a dying ideology." LOL. Incredible.

When I look at my baby pictures, I just think about how they could do that to me when I was defenseless. I feel the same way. It's sad that I can't even look at old pictures of myself without feeling some degree of resentment, those should be records of simpler times that I can look at fondly but generally all I can see is a victim. When this has happened to you and you come to understand the gravity of it, it really paints your life prior to that understanding in a completely different and much…

Have you considered restoring? It's not a full restoration as I'm sure you well know but it certainly makes things better.

I wouldn't think that gleefully glorifying the sexual abuse of men would be something that a genuine advocate for men would be engaging in.

You clearly have made up your mind on this, so I’m done here. In other words, you have no argument. Color me surprised. your very weird position on this. A position shared by every major medical organization outside of the US that has made a statement about circumcision. "Very weird" indeed.

Believe it or not, not every man is a pussy....we speak our minds. The guys you've known have probably been as ignorant as you, but even if they were aware of the damage that circumcision does to a man's sexuality, I highly doubt that that is a topic that any of them would have ever considered broaching because it's not only as personal as it gets but men who speak out about circumcision in the US are regularly called "nuts" and laughed at by clueless, self-loathing fools like you. Who would tal…

How do you not get that the majority of men are ok giving that decision to their parents, along with the hundreds of other decisions our parents make for us. What other healthy body parts do parents get to cut off, genius? Do we wait for kids to grow up before letting them decide if they want vaccines, or where they want to be raised, or our diet, or whether or not we’re breastfed How is any of that even remotely comparable to amputating the five most sensitive parts of the penis without anesthe…

I have never in my life, not once , met another male who was upset about having their dick circumcised as a child. Because that's something a guy is going to be open and forthcoming about, something being seriously wrong with his cock. I think you’ve worked yourself up into a different reality here to think that the majority of males are upset about it. If that were the case, we as a culture wouldn’t continue doing it to our children The majority of men in the US don't even know what the foreski…

There’s a HUGE difference in Circumcising your dick as an adult then when you’re newly born. Yeah, it's vastly more painful and has a higher risk of complications when done on newborns. the VAST MAJORITY of men in my culture do want their dicks circumcised As if they had a choice. it’s certainly more my parents decision than it is yours or the governments. It should have been your decision. How do you not get that?

I have a whole penis. You don't have a whole penis if you don't have a foreskin. You have maybe half of one, at most. If you're fine with what you have left, that's great. Just keep in mind not everybody is as pleased as you are.

No, I don't. I call that being able to have sex for more than 30 seconds without ejaculation. No, it's called actually being able to experience sensation during sex so you don't have to race to orgasm to get something out of the time you spent banging away. I'm fine with mine. Are you? No, I'm actually not the least bit happy to have less than half a fucking penis, thank you very much. The first time I masturbated, I barely felt anything.

I’d hate to have to wait until an adult to make that decision Why do you people act like it's an inevitability? Most men in the world are not circumcised and get along just fine and would never even think of having part of their dicks cut off. If you weren't mutilated when you were a baby, you would probably never do it period, nor would you want to.

I don't think circumcision has any real downsides for the vast majority of those who receive it. Every circumcision removes the five most sensitive parts of the penis and 50% or more of the overall skin of the penis. You don't call that a major fucking downside? and it's reduced maintenance. Oh yes, you shave off a few seconds in the shower. Definitely worth getting part of your dick cut off without anesthesia when you're a few days old.

This is why boys need legal protection. The average American is too stupid to figure out why this is wrong.

It's an online poll so I'm afraid it doesn't mean much. I wish it did but talk to the average American on the street- they are convinced intact men are subhuman barbarians who walk around with cottage cheese in their pants all day and piss blood. This issue is not being resolved in our lifetimes.

Readers from outside of the US keep in mind: this is the average American's level of thinking about this issue.

Because it's less attractive and disgusting for a lot of women. Great justification for amputating the five most sensitive parts of the penis from a baby without anesthesia in the first few days of life. You've convinced me!

You can convince just a few doctors on a few boards that its unnecessary surgery and get 80% of what you want in a year. They know it's unnecessary. They don't care. It makes money. What you are doing is trying to antagonize the religious when they have done nothing to you. I'm not antagonizing anybody. I think every human being should be protected from non-therapeutic, non-consensual genital cutting regardless of their gender or what their parents' religion is. Freedom of religion also means fr…

What's antagonistic about wanting Jews and Muslims protected?
/r/MensRights16/03/18 06:03 AM

Jewish and Muslim men are human beings, too. I don't see why they shouldn't be protected just because of what archaic religious/cultural tradition dictates.

I honestly don't understand how somebody can say they care about men's issues but then say circumcision is unimportant and stupid to talk about. We're talking about the fundamental right to physical integrity. If you don't own your own body, what DO you own? I mean, obviously the guy is a mutilated American male who is happy or at best indifferent to that fact and that's why he takes this stance. Thankfully, people outside of the batshit backwards US who are sensitive to men's issues tend to see…

False equivalencies out the ass. The umbilical cord falls off and dies on its own and cutting fingernails is hardly the same as outright amputating a body part. Maybe if you were ripping the nails out of the fingers with a part of pliers.
