Perhaps diet then. Analyse it and see where you can improve. Sleep, maximise it. No electronics in your room, no electronics and house before sleep. Stress, who’s making u stressed? Get rid of them Drinking, smoking? Makes a difference to body’s purity and the above.. Exercise

Guys you must be compassionate here. Nothing destroys a person more than this, be supportive, be a good person. However don’t become her therapist, put her in contact with one and leave it there. Whether it’s a LTR a mate or a stranger I’d do the same. Nothing is worse than that.
