Worthwhile non-RP subs that have good material, IMO: /r/fitness /r/gainit and /r/loseit /r/bodyweightfitness /r/Cooking /r/malefashionadvice (don't bother to sub, just read the sidebar and top threads) /r/4chan is pretty good for the occasional humor as well

If you focus on these 4 aspects of your life people will naturally respect and look up to you. But, don't give up your dreams and goals for the sake of other people. Don't marry or get involved with the girl because "it's the right thing to do," don't spend your life obeying your parents, and don't worry about what your friends will think. Just do what you want to do. The only exception, I'd say, is for your kids, and that's why you need to be sure you want to have kids before having them (your …

Working on your career is important if you want to live a good overall life. But career alone isn't going to help you, there's a lot of chumps working software or engineering who are making 6 figures and still can't get their shit together with women. In the end you're going to have to be fit and work on your game -- inner game especially -- if you want to be successful with women.

If you make the right choices your 30s will be great, if you don't then you're going to end up overweight and depressed like a large amount of American men out there. You have to stay fit through regular lifting and proper diet to maintain your body in your 30s and after, it's no longer easy to have a passable body and eat like shit. You should work on your career, through education or whatever other method, so that you are making a comfortable income. With money comes the other things -- nice c…

Doing nofap will have negligible effects on your T levels. Sure, if you're jacking it 5 times a day on the regular, it might help you out. But if you actually want to increase your T levels naturally, it's going to be 99% diet and lifting. http://www.gll-getalife.com/2013/10/mainstream-and-non-mainstream-ways-to-optimize-your-testosterone-levels/ is a good resource to start with.

"Nerd" girls are pretty much the B-grade club sluts. They don't get enough attention in the nightlife scene so they'll slut it up in the nerd scenes instead. If you're fit, well-dressed/professional and have some game, then you'll get these girls even more easily than girls in the clubs. But remember these girls are not LTR/marriage material just like your average bar slut, if you want a LTR then you should be looking elsewhere.

TRP is about accepting reality and making peace with it. The article is mostly good, but this line at the end: Eventually, we have to grow up and realize that our own feelings aren't all that matter. It's not about trying to cater to others' feelings, that will just turn you back into a self-defeating nice guy. You need to steel yourself against emotion and feelings in general to be able to look at things objectively.

We love sluts, but would never put a ring on one Ultimately, if you hook up and sleep around during your prime years of attractiveness (18-25) you're going to find it difficult to find a stable LTR or marriage partner later in life. And while you think it doesn't matter now, when your looks begin to fade beginning in your late 20s you will probably regret sleeping around and notice yourself lying about your sexual history, because realistically no guy wants to commit to a girl with a lot of sexu…

Nah, it's pretty much the other way around. There are a few people who just generally dislike women (for valid reasons in most cases) but most posts here are either about adopting the red pill mindset or pointing out the stupidity of blue-pillers or feminists.

Most, or at least a good portion of guys already know that the ideas behind TRP are correct. All we do here is put words to those ideas and provide examples. Honestly, who's going to deny that going to the gym, dressing better, and improving yourself in general is not going to improve your success with women? Social conditioning can only do so much, eventually basic logic will win out.

Yeah, but who cares? It's a bunch of losers with nothing better to do then to "troll" (get butthurt and circlejerk about) a small online community on the internet.

Not only do people with alpha male characteristics get more women, but they also make far better friends. They're not going to sell you out behind your back for a whiff of pussy, unlike the losers who make up bluepill, /r/relationships, /r/sex, etc.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
