Thanks my man. I’ve read the sidebar, I‘m not great at actually implementing it with girls. Right now I’m at like half-beta, half-red pilled. I know exactly what I’m supposed to be doing and I usually stick to what I’m learning, but I get too emotionally involved sometimes (this being one of those times) I caught feelings very hard for this girl even though I have other girls that I’m talking to. You can get big eating anything. All that matters is that you’re in a caloric surplus. I actually have a lot of white rice in my diet. I eat it on a daily basis with either chicken or ground beef. Eggs, olive oil, muffins, peanut butter, milk, whey protein, and even McDonalds burgers are also big staples in my diet. Then throw in a serving or 2 of fruits/vegetables every day and there you go. Listen. You follow this advice and you’ll get big as shit. Diet is more important than lifting. You need to bulk. Here’s the link I used to calculate my macros. Basically just pick Greek God program (lean bulk) and put in your weight. Download MyFitnessPal, plug in your macros, and stick to those macros as well as you can. Calories > protein > carbs and fats in order of most > least important. Make sure you hit calories and protein goals every day. Stay consistent. Lifting wise, find a good prog…
