As a non-American here are my 2¢ based on traveling there, for latinas more so south American, cuban, brazilian I saw tons of smoke shows in Ft Lauderdale and Miami. Cali - LA and San Diego has a good mix of everything Phoenix/Tempe especially for the younger college aged women.
