Yeah, i learned quick not to drink my calories. So i use stevia for some things. In the morning I'll do tea with honey just to get some simple sugars early. And when i work out i eat 100 calories of gummi bears fod quick energy after a heavy set. Some sugar is ok i think, but i believ portion control is the key.

Good write up. In my opinion the best foor to fill you up and it has few calories is chicken breast. We're talking 110 calories for 4 oz, so 1 lb is 440. Not only that, but if you eat 1 lb, you just ate 100 grams of protein. Spinach is another good food that fills you up, has good protein, low calories and tons of vitamins.

The best definition I've ever heard for introvert is that being around people drains your energy. It doesn't mean you can't go to parties or be around people or talk to people. It just takes some effort to be with people and after a while, you need time to unwind completely alone and in my case watching tv or doing something relatively quiet and not active. Extroverts from what i gather are charged up by being around people. I suppose they like being alone sometimes too, you'd have to ask one

My motivation to continue to workout is that real life achievements feel better than video game achievements (which feel fake and unfulfilling now). I still watch a lot of TV and movies (while resting) but I workout 5-6 days a week now instead of video games. Now I just need to work on motivation to not watch so much TV and get other hobbies.

You dont need to memorize a workout. Go on YouTube and just type whatever muscle group you want to do that day. I recommend 5 days a week, 1 back, 1 chest, 1 leg, 1 shoulder day and 1 biceps and triceps day. If you do a big muscle group the first day (back, chest or legs), do a small muscle group the next day (arms or shoulders).

I agree with this. My buddy gets teased for his calves but he is huge in all other muscle groups. I personally can't grow my arms like I'd like. Some people just grow different. I don't recommend over working those areas to compensate as this has lead to serious pain in my elbows. Just be happy with the gains you get, some areas naturally lag due to genetics. Work on keeping your body fat down and keep eating good, and keep the lifting to a reasonable amount.

I've made serious gains in just a year. My trick is working out at home. Zero distractions, and I go hard when I work out. Make sure you take bcaas before the workout and have a good protein shake after. I throw 3/4 cup egg whites and half a cup of oats with a little milk into my protein shake for 50 grams of protein total. Your body can handle about 40-60 grams every six hours or so, which is why I'm always trying to get protein and complex carbs with every meal. Lean stuff like chicken breasts…
