Not yet. Maintaining the beta mindset will lead you to anger, frustration and disappointment, these are 3 common traits in todays mass shooter. Instituting alpha traits may seem hard but life is hard whichever path you take, might as well choose the path of becoming the best version of an alpha male that you can.
