| 5 | "Oh. That's okay then".The most sensative parts the penis are the foreskin and frenulum, and are both cut off (the frenulum may be left alone) during circumcision. Also the glans (penis head) dry up and grow callous, to protect them from damage from your clothes, in lieu of foreskin, making them less sensative.
