6	My Boyfriend is being wrongly accused of sexual assault. CCTV will almost always be trusted over witnesses, because CCTV cant have bias or lie. If the school gets rid of evidence, or refuses to hand it over, thats a serious crime in the UK. Ask the school ASAP for recordings of all the events, and if you can afford it, you should appear in court as a character witness. https://www.gov.uk/get-help-with-court-fees the UK government has help to pay for a defense lawer if you cannot afford it.
