All of our actions are governed by nature and evolution itself...Your perception of self control is an illusion. You have no choices in this life. You are merely born to fulfill whatever path you were predestined to do...

It's very much possible, and tbh I don't think it's that rare as you say it is.

It's easy to resolve APT. Strengthen the adductors so that the glutes learn to fire properly in order to produce correct stability of the femurs. Adductors and glutes work together. Then release the hip flexors through deep tissue work and strengthen the hamstrings. Tonnes of people with APT waste their time by just focusing on hamstrings and hip flexors, not knowing that in order to get the glutes to fire properly (I.e. by itself in the correct context of standing) you need to first learn to en…

Or maybe the reason for your ADHD is because you are a tight asshole (and I mean that literally) that needs some loosening (not sexually but physiologically). Srs comment.

mainly axial load exercises that transfers load directly in line with the spine. Bench press is the least out of the other big three lifts such as the dead lifts and the squats. Though the bench press would cause increase the compression of the glenohumeral joint and kyphosis. In order to combat this you should look into exercises that respect the gait cycle/locomotion. Mainly unilateral exercises that focus on dealing with horizontal force vectors rather than vertical force vectors (saggital pl…

only in the west because there have lost the respect to this polarity of male and female, due to the rise of "female power" and other factors that have made men into "softies"

terrible mood, decreased focus, increased depression, diet suffers, sleep quality deteriorates, confidence drops, just to name a few. This occurs for many, but you should ask yourself why this happens when you stop lifting. What is the purpose of your lift, and what does it fulfill? and in what it fulfills, is it sustainable? does it last long? or is it costly wit possible negative consequences behind it... So many more questions one could ask about their lifting habits, but if you find yourself…

50kg is very light...thats level of asian girls weight trying to follow their anorexic idols body type, No fats in their thighs and ass etc. There are plenty of slim girls in the 60-70kg range, that are tall and lean.

Why do these big movements seem to work fine for every other speed/power sport? That isn't true. basketball players and football players (soccer) gets injured left and right from doing these arbitrary motions for "strength". Most of these athletes focus on skills to improve their game and not their S & C. Unilateral work, loaded plyometrics (unilateral) and standing work for the upper body, nobody uses upper body strength while neglecting lower body in real life, the two needs to be connected wh…

Thanks for the reply. And i don't disagree with the hypertrophy from the standard big 3. However they are not functional in regards to how we move in real life. That is running, walking, leaping, throwing, kicking etc. Our ancestors have built these traits for a millions of years. When do we find ourselves pushing up a load without backs on the ground? Or squatting, unless it is to defecate which shouldn't be longer than a minute? Likewise, when we feel like we are going through resistance, most…

Your chemical make up determines your level of self control. Yet we have the conscience to be aware of this and make changes. Its not one over the other. At the end of the day results matter and not what you used or didn't use. Lets not abuse the meaning of this, its also kinda blue pill (kinda like steroids, plastic surgery, validation, etc). There are consequences that you can't ignore for every action you take, whether you deal with it now or not, you'll inevitably have to at some point in yo…

disagree, its only because most do it badly. But if you were a boxer or a thai fighter, doing bench press isn't going to make you punch any harder. Doing squats isn't going to make you throw your roundhouse any harder. There are better exercises that have a much stronger transference to athletic movements but the big three lifts aren't one of them, if anything they make it worse.

good principles, but bad exercises that ruins human biomechnaics. If you want boost health and self confidence, sacrificing biomechanics and poor posture for isolated muscles gain isn't the way to do it. Also strength training that is arbitrary and has no transference to actual movement is pointless and irrelevant. You're gonna be spending a large amount of time maintaining it by eating large amounts of calories. Just due to their bad efficiency generated from bad biomechanics over time. I am al…

Any form of training that doesn't respect the gait cycle/locomotion is not good for any man. Your posture and movement will deteriorate very quickly as you age, if you train like so. Lift heavy, but lift in a way that respects locomotion. Also dont do exercises that compress your ribcage, doesn't look good and robs you of your power. TRP has everything right, apart from their one dimensional form of exercising from the stone ages...that is mainly driven and motivated by insecure males who try to…

Make sure the kegels are coordinated with the contraction of the diaphragm, the TVA and the external intercostals. Exercises in isolation don't last. I do this in my Zhan Zhuang practice. Its gold.

problem with intuition isn't an issue on its own, however with the modern western lifestyle that most woman leads, that creates a disconnected and disintegrated body, their emotional reasoning and awareness becomes flawed.

I think that would only improve tongue posture and eating technique and would probably led to developing great internal oral cavity awareness. Nobody eats ravenously when they suspect stones in their food. Same for animals, great teeth and strong jaw/tongue

hmm i get the idea, but it seems like its missing a few details, that ill probably have to research myself.... so what are the typical protocols that people take to improve themselves, that have relevance towards an utopian idea,l so to speak?

i still don't see how that third date was even a fail...you did the right thing, and if for some reason she was turned "off" by that and become less attracted, I cant help but see that there was no "tangible" attraction in the first place. Looks like she wanted a "type" and no "type" is good for a man... kudos to you anyway man

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
