To be fair, in some zones where hot and cold meet, condensation forms and mould loves that shit. There could theoretically be black mold in some HVAC systems but only if you work in an unsanitary environment to begin with Source: Am food and beverage manufacturing worker, specifically beer. Not every place of work is an office. The best workers I’ve ever worked with have been women mostly. You get to talk to them about shit other than typical male-type conversation points. Where have I said I have no problem with a 100% female workplace? Every job I’ve worked that had some sort of close split of men and women have been better to work at than the jobs I have worked when they were all dudes.
