You’re not wrong and I think the mentality pushes a lot of men away further from finding something beautiful. I wouldn’t be with my partner today if he loved me any less or was less of a ‘simp’ (I hate that word). I admire how vulnerable and how freely he can love wholeheartedly.

My boyfriend is the biggest anime nerd out, before dating him I never really watched anime. Now I’m hooked and one of my favourite things to do is watch anime with him. I feel I can relate to you so deeply on what you’ve wrote, even though I’m at 27F. To try and keep this brief and to the point, I think it depends entirely on the other person and what they are willing to accept from another person.
