We had to record ourselves for hours and hours and switch tapes in class and assess by doing long form/running observations which were then also assessed and compared by another peer. Except that in education school, we recorded ourselves as teachers and found that we overwhelmingly called on boys, we let boys speak out, and generally, lessened discipline on boys.
