i have a good post on this saved might be helpful:) I think it’s so extremely important as young women to have hobbies that we can throw ourselves into. Whether it be fitness related, art related, music related, or whatever!! Something that you do, not because someone told you to, not for a grade, or not even for financial gain. Just the pure love of it pushing you to level up your skills. Although my ballet journey is with the intent of a (very relaxed lol) professional career, I would 10/10 do…

This is real because i used to try and follow this kind of advice and it always backfired on me too and i realized people can really easily see through the nonchalant act. i def think theres points that are correct (or like how people in this sub say to know when to shut up) but this kind of content basically encourages never putting any energy out first which doesn't really work bc it leads to the other person not feeling valued 🤷‍♀️

Not married, but with my boyfriend i try to let him do whatever he wants ( within reason ofc lol) on aspects of his “personal life”. so his job, friends etc are topics i try not argue about or criticize. As someone who genuinely wants to best for people but often it leads to me forcing my opinions, i just think about how if he wants my help/advice he’ll ask!

No because this is so true. The day i become completely happy with myself and being alone is when guys started being genuinely interested in me 😂

okay kind off topic but are you talking about 2pretty's nun mode? bc i just finished it a few days ago (i didn't count reddit as a social media btw) and it was the most life changing challenge ever! edit: nvm lol i looked it up and its something else 😅 but its pretty similar to the nun mode of this subreddit so it may be a good resource for you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
