I'll tell you this. Lots of guys have a hard time with girls when they are still in school, unless you work out a lot. The moment you graduate and start working it will change. They've actually blurred the line between DESIRE, CONSENT and REGRET.. So, from their point of view, even if there was desire and consent, regrets nulls it Edit : I hate that word consent, it's like it reduces the involvement of woman in sex to a passive, simply consenting, party. Absolutely right. For instance, I have been working an average of 80hours a week for the past 10 years building a business, plus studies in neuroscience and other fields of interest, somewhat of a social life, relationships or girls in general. It's pretty hard to get a lot of workout into my schedule. If it wasn't for an ok diet, stress and sex, I'd be fat.

When you work 80+ Hour a week, it's pretty hard to find time to workout. Better then finding that time, just make sure the have sex at least every 2 days and make it intense/long enough to be workout.

The background story doesn't matter, actually it makes the whole thing childish. I personally would have fired both of you after having my time wasted with such bs. But when you only focus on the part where she forced herself into a bathroom you were using, then that has some weight, that is sexual harassment.
