Don't beat yourself up too much. Knowledge about something and going through the experience are completely different. Writing it out probably did wonders for avoiding it again in the future

I wouldn't say "very" rare. At the end of the day, unless she is a complete lunatic, the government will tell her, "Oh you don't feel it anymore? Take at least half his shit and here's some resources to make sure he's still obligated to support you!" If you knew you could leave your job, and they would have to pay you out the ass unless you committed a crime, and that they would have to support you until you found a new job, why wouldn't you? -Cleaned up my diet, cut out sugar, alcohol I think it's underestimated how much these two fuck up...everything? Alcohol in the short term, sugar in the long. Congrats man

Finally started a proper bulk and hit the gym 6 days two weeks in a row. Feels amazing On the downside, bulking makes me fucking horny, which leads to me gaming girls, which leads to me wrecking my schedule to get some pussy. I promised myself I would focus on lifting for 4 months but it's going to be real tough to stay focused.

Exactly. I cringe when I walk around my office and everyone has snacks, trail mix, fruit, or whatever on their desk to "stoke the metabolic fire". It's amazing how many people latched onto that idea to validate their lack of willpower to just not eat for a few hours. I don't think there is even one person with a healthy body weight on my floor, either. Go figure!

First rule of lifting: never go into the gym without a plan. You should have exactly what you're going to do written down or memorized. This will take a lot of effort to learn proper form and what works for you. Trust me, it's worth it
